ART COMMISIONS

I accept through PayPal invoice ONLY.

I require full payment after sketch approval through PayPal invoice ONLY. 

Colored references of commission character are required.

Commissions have at most a 1–2-week long turnaround time. You will be notified of any delays. 

You receive com updates, including the sketch, halfway point, and the finished work. 

-Three rounds of changes are allowed, after that you will be charged a fee.​

If the commission is unable to be completed, you will be refunded.

YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU ACCEPT THE SKETCH

-The finally piece will be unwater marked, but have my signature. 

-The piece is for personal use ONLY, not commercial. 

(Commercial usage is to be discussed before purchase, this be an extra fee, or percentage of the products  gained revenue.

-Do not edit, resell my work, use as AI content, or NFTs. 

-Credit me when posting the artwork.

Mr. OggDog reserves the right to use and post the finished piece to their socials and portfolio.​

If you are uncomfortable with that, I can mention you as anonymous. 

Example- "comm for someone from Instagram"

FURSUIT PAYMENT PLANS

All payments are invoiced to the clients email address by Paypal

Item will be shipped when full plan is paid.

 

All plans require 2 payments

The deposit 20%

First payment

Second & last payment

 

Payment plans are to be paid on time. Starting on the clients preferred date and to be paid before the end of the chosen dates week.

Client will be reminded to pay a day before the invoice is sent.

Missing a payment can result in a fee.

 

Deposits

Deposits are required before the plan can begin. Upfront payment of 20% before the payment plan can begin. Unless only wise stated.

DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

 

Late fees

Payments are due the week they are sent. Each payment is due 30 days after the original payment. Missing payment can result in late fees, or cancellation of your plan without refund.

Plans are automatically canceled after failure to pay 2 weeks after the invoice is sent. 

Refunds will NOT be given.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only given in the instance the transaction was fraudulent, made in an altered state of mind. Or am incapable of shipping, or completing the item/task.

If you are unable to pay your plan, or need to cancel the plan, contact me, agreements can be met.
